Antique Slot Machine Limited Warranty

The bottom line is that we want all our customers to be happy with their purchase and we will do everything we can to make sure that you are taken care of.

• Each Antique Reconditioned Slot Machine sold in the United States is backed by a Ninety Day limited warranty.
  
  
• If you have a problem with your machine, CALL US at 610-687-5884 We will do everything possible to resolve the problem over the phone and send you any part needed to return your machine to proper working order. It is the customer's responsibility to ship the defective part back to our warehouse on an exchange basis. It is the customer responsibility to install the replacement part.
  
  
• For Ninety Days , as long as you (the original owner) owns the machine, If at any time your machine fails to operate, the defective part will be repaired, or replaced (Mitchell Enterprises reserves the right to decide whether to repair or replace the product with a similar but not necessarily identical product depending on availability) at no additional charge to the customer.

• When contacting Mitchell Enterprises for any warranty repair or replacement, please provide proof of purchase and the serial number of the machine.

• This warranty is nontransferable and applies to the original purchase only.

• This warranty is Does NOT cover machines shipped overseas or sold outside the United States .

• Service to this machine by anyone other than Mitchell Enterprises, or their authorized agents will void the warranty for this machine.

• This warranty covers personal home use only. Commercial use accounts are not covered .

• This WARRANTY does not cover damage caused by the following: Neglect, misuse, fire, flood, vandalism, or acts of God.
  
  
• Lifetime technical support and assistance is always available to all our customers by phone or e-mail, for as long as you own the game.
  
  
• Our Warranty does not cover the following:

1. Fuses Light Bulbs Any glass breakage.
2. Game abuse or misuse.
3. Stuck or jammed coin mechanisms (caused by improper coin usage).
4. Physically damaged monitors, displays and controls.
5. Game cleaning and/or routine maintenance.
6. Physical or cosmetic damage whatsoever to the game.
7. Damage incurred from moving, shipping or working on games.
8. Damage caused by acts of God; weather, water, lightening or electrical damage.
9. Damage due to extreme heat over 90 F or temperatures below 65 F.
10. Damage caused by unauthorized repair work to the game or by the installation of any parts or game upgrades other than as directed or approved by Slotsdirect or its agents in advance of such work or repair.
11. Any travel-related costs to or from your location to service the game.
12. Labor costs for repair technicians for in-home service.
13. Any shipping costs to or from our shop for warranty work to be performed.
14. Commercial use - Only slot machines sold for household use are covered under this warranty.
